Welcome to TheTouchline.app. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using TheTouchline.app, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TheTouchline.app is a sports team management platform that allows users to organise events, sessions, manage team rosters, track attendance, and coordinate with other players. We provide tools for event organisers and participants to streamline sports activities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

Membership Limits: Each user account is limited to membership in a maximum of 20 clubs and 20 events. This includes clubs/events you create, organise, or participate in as a member or player.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be automatically deleted. We will attempt to notify you before deletion. To keep your account active, simply log in periodically.

4. Child Accounts and Age Requirements

TheTouchline.app allows parents and guardians to create and manage dependent profiles for children under their care. By creating a child account, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child
• You consent to the child's information being stored and used as part of the service
• You are responsible for managing the child's participation in clubs and events
• You will ensure the child's use of the platform is appropriate and supervised

Age restrictions: Users must be at least 16 years old to create their own account. Children under 16 must be added as dependents under a parent or guardian's account. Clubs and events may set their own age restrictions for participation. If you are over the age limit set by a club or event, you may not be eligible to join or participate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TheTouchline.app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to TheTouchline.app. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of TheTouchline.app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of TheTouchline.app may require payment, including paid sessions and events organised by clubs. If you choose to use paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or unless the event organiser issues a refund
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V., our third-party payment service provider. By making a payment, you agree to Mollie's Terms and Conditions. Your payment details are handled directly by Mollie and are not stored on our servers. TheTouchline.app is not responsible for any issues arising from Mollie's services, though we will assist in resolving any payment disputes where possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

TheTouchline.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the service or by sending you an email. Your continued use of TheTouchline.app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
