With Other Users
When you join an event or session, other participants and organizers can see:

- Your email address (visible to event organizers)

We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our service, such as hosting providers, email delivery services, and payment processors.
Payment Processing (Mollie)
We use Mollie B.V. as our payment service provider for processing payments related to paid sessions and events. When you make a payment through TheTouchline.app, Mollie may collect and process:
- Your name and email address
- Payment card details or bank account information
- Transaction amounts and descriptions
- IP address and device information
Mollie processes this information as an independent data controller for payment execution and fraud prevention purposes. For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
4. Data Security

- Push notification subscription — if you enable web push notifications, your browser stores a subscription endpoint used to deliver notifications. We also use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for mobile push delivery on iOS and Android devices.
We also use the OpenWeatherMap service to provide weather forecasts for session locations. No personal data is shared with this service.
You can control cookie and storage settings through your browser, but clearing this data may sign you out or affect your ability to use certain features.
8. Children's Privacy
TheTouchline.app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
